Extraordinary & Unorthodox Philanthropy

I need a partner for this one: Any ideas? Maybe Margaret Carrol:

Extraordinary & Unorthodox Philanthropy

More info on Challenge Overview:

The Seeker is looking for novel, unorthodox opportunities for philanthropic investment with the potential to generate extraordinary returns to society. Neglected areas of innovation, including neglected science, may be ripe for such opportunities.

This is an Ideation Challenge, which has the following specific features:

• There is a guaranteed award. The awards will be paid to the best submissions as solely determined by the Seeker. The total payout may reach $10,000, of which $5,000 will be paid to the best submission and $2,500 may be made to two additional submissions.
• All submissions will be eligible for implementation funding. The Seeker may provide up to $100,000 of initial funding, and up to $1,000,000 of follow-on funding, for the most promising ideas. Winning submission(s) are not guaranteed such funding.

• You are not required to transfer exclusive intellectual property rights to seeker."

Here's a summary of the article:

"Since I have no real arguments against reason and individualism, I'll use a vague interpretation of some uncited, unquoted notebook entry to show (somehow) that Republicans, Tea Partiers, and other anti-Socialists are members of a murder-worshipping cult."

Ad-hominem much?
